I want you to be 100% satisfied after trying my nuts.
If you don't like something, please tell me immediately. My goal is to make you happy and fix things for both today and tomorrow and I will strive to do everything in my power to make things right. If you want to return a Nutsack, just contact me first and I will take appropriate action to replace/exchange/refund or whatever it takes to make you happy.
I do however ask you to contact me ASAP (preferably within a week of receiving your Nutsack) so I can jump on things considering the perishable nature of my nuts.
Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.
All Nutsacks are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and I usually get them bagged and boxed within 1 ~ 2 days. You will get a USPS shipping notification along with a tracking number.
