Howdy! We hope you join us for the funnest damn Honky Tonk this side south mountain on May 2nd, 2015, from noon to 10pm.
The highlight of the Arizona BBQ Festival is the hilarious Redneck Games Arena, with cow milking races, toilet seat horseshoes, bobbing for pig’s feet, a Daisy Dukes beauty pageant, Duck Hunt video game stations, and other redneck-themed shenanigans. Ya'better come dressed for the occasion, too (tips on the website), because your inner-redneck is hankerin' for a day out.
There will be over 25 top BBQ pit-masters dishing out pulled pork, ribs, brisket, chicken, and all the fixins to keep you going. Can't find Salt River Fields at Talking Stick? Just follow the smell of smoked meat and bacon. Did we mention we'll have over 500 pounds of bacon from Farmer John?
Live country music, mechanical bull riding, and fun party bars slingin' Tito's Vodka Lemonades round out the fest. Don't miss the music headliner, Neon Circus - voted best Brooks & Dunn tribute act in all the land.
